Made from 100% all natural ingredients and proudly crafted in Vancouver, BC, this recipe was inspired by our family’s household recipe but now, with a twist!  Using finely and proudly Canadian rendered duck fat, we’ve elevated the flavor and texture of our beloved Cantonese recipe and now, we want to share it with you!

Using a tried and tested blend of chilies, experience a tongue titillating yet welcoming heat that retains the beautiful aromatics of the chili pepper.  This, all harmonized by a complex and elegant jubilee of spices and umami charged ingredients.  We humbly present to you, a chili oil that’s fun, daring, and different.  Try us, we double ducking dare you.
